Are online consultations free?
Consultations work on the free plan, and each one counts as an appointment. They carry a flat platform fee per block of call time from a prepaid balance — never a percentage of your price. The patient pays your price to your clinic directly.
Does online booking cost anything?
There is no fee per booking; each one counts toward your plan’s monthly appointments. Your booking page goes live once your account is verified.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. TabeebHub is in the cloud: your data stays in sync between computer and phone, and that needs an internet connection.
Can I move my patients from Excel?
