Welcome to TabeebHub. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

TabeebHub is a cloud-based clinic management platform designed for doctors and clinics in the MENA region. Our services include appointment management, digital prescriptions, patient portal, and billing tools.

• "Platform" refers to the TabeebHub web application and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including doctors, receptionists, and patients.
• "Clinic" refers to the medical facility registered on the Platform.
• "Content" includes all data, text, images, and information entered on the Platform.
• "Subscription" refers to the chosen payment plan for accessing Platform features.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each clinic is entitled to one primary account with the ability to add sub-users (doctors, receptionists) according to the subscription plan.

When using TabeebHub, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local or international laws or regulations.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code.
• Enter false or misleading medical data.
• Resell or redistribute Platform services without written permission.

TabeebHub offers a free 14-day trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using all features.

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

The subscription price shown is the price for the service. We do not add undisclosed surcharges because you pay electronically through our certified gateway. Any processing fees charged by the payment provider are handled within the collection and settlement arrangements between us and the provider and are not presented as a hidden extra on the checkout screen before payment.

Before you continue to the electronic payment gateway, you must review and expressly accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy where presented in the checkout flow. We do not complete payment processing without the acceptance steps shown in the payment interface, where applicable.

The amount payable for your subscription or service is displayed clearly (in figures, and in words where the checkout requires it) before the transaction is completed, and relates only to the specific service you are paying for.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. By authorizing payment through the gateway, you authorize us and the payment provider to charge the displayed amount.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only and does not erase amounts already lawfully charged. Gateway or bank fees withheld on a transaction may not be fully refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We take your data privacy seriously. All medical data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you enter on the Platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All intellectual property rights related to the TabeebHub platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by TabeebHub or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and the chosen subscription plan.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms, with prior email notification whenever possible.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days during which you can export your data. After that, data is permanently deleted.

TabeebHub is a clinic management tool and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. We are not responsible for medical decisions made using the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the incident.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error-free, although we strive for 99.9% uptime.

TabeebHub is provided by Carmel for General Supplies ("Carmel") based in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the courts of Cairo shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
