Digital Delivery

Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: March 28, 2026

Introduction

TabeebHub is delivered as an online software (SaaS) service. There is no physical goods shipment; "delivery" means enabling access to your account and the features included in your plan.

Digital Product — No Physical Delivery

The product is entirely digital. We do not ship hardware or paper documents. Access depends on your credentials and the permissions granted to your clinic workspace.

Pricing is shown clearly before payment, in EGP where applicable, with no hidden fees on the subscription checkout.

Access & Activation

After successful payment confirmation from the electronic payment gateway, your subscription is activated or upgraded as soon as reasonably practicable—typically immediately or within a few minutes—unless we announce maintenance or a temporary incident.

Where configured, you will receive email confirmation and a receipt describing the transaction and payment method.

Proof of Service & Records

Upon request, or if required by an authority or our payment provider, we can provide reasonable evidence of digital service delivery—such as payment confirmation records, subscription activation timestamps, platform access logs, and email receipts.

Your clinic remains responsible for the accuracy of invoices and documents issued to patients under your own medical and accounting practices.

Availability & Support

We aim to provide a stable service with support through our published channels. Short outages may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control; for material outages we make reasonable efforts to notify you before or after the event, as appropriate.

Clinic Responsibilities

The clinic account owner is responsible for password confidentiality, for all activity performed through the account, for the accuracy of data entered, and for compliance with applicable professional and medical laws.

The Platform must be used for the agreed purpose (clinic management and related healthcare operations) and not for unlawful purposes or activities contrary to public morals.
