Yes. The Free plan is permanent — not a trial — with no card required. It runs every module with 300 entries a month (every visit, consultation or opening balance counts) and unlimited prescriptions. Paid plans make visits and prescriptions unlimited and add clinics and staff, and your data stays where it is.

Every visit, consultation and opening balance you record is one entry. A booking counts when it is made, even if it is cancelled later. Collecting an old balance from a patient you last saw more than 24 hours ago, without booking a visit, also counts as one. Prescriptions never count — they are unlimited on every plan. A busy month? Add a +100 or +300 pack, valid for 12 months.

A staff member is anyone other than you who logs in to your account: doctor, assistant or receptionist. Staff you deactivate don't count. Paid plans let you add clinics and staff at checkout.

By bank card or mobile wallet, processed securely by Paymob. Prices include VAT. On iPhone you can also pay inside the app the same way.

Yes. A new paid plan starts as soon as the payment goes through, and your new month starts that day. Days left on your previous paid plan aren't carried over, so the best time to switch is when you renew. Renewing the same plan early keeps the days you have left: the new period starts when the current one ends.

No. You renew it yourself each period. If you don't, the account becomes read-only at the end of the paid period until you renew, and your data stays saved.

Your data is kept for 90 days after the account is closed, then permanently deleted in line with our privacy policy.
