Medical limits you should know
Online consultations are not for emergencies: anyone with an emergency should call 123 or go to the nearest emergency department. A remote consultation does not replace an examination — you can end it at any time and ask the patient to come to the clinic. At veterinary clinics consultations are off until the clinic turns them on, with the same caution.
