Is this a full electronic medical record (EMR)?

Who on my team can see patient records?
Access follows roles — owner, doctor, assistant, receptionist — and each role sees only what it is allowed to. You decide who joins your clinic.
Can I attach lab results and images?
Yes. Attach images and PDFs to the patient and to specific visits, so results stay with the visit they belong to.
Is registering patients free?
Yes. Patient records are part of the Free plan. The free plan counts visits per month (the current figure is on the pricing page) and never prescriptions; it does not cap how many patients you register.
