Delete Your TabeebHub Account & Data

This page explains how you — whether you are a doctor, a clinic staff member, or a patient using the TabeebHub app — can request deletion of your TabeebHub account and the personal data associated with it. We are committed to giving you control over your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

To request deletion of your account and data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@tabeeb-hub.com from the email address or using the phone number registered to your account.
2. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your full name and clinic name (if any) so we can locate your account.
3. We will verify your identity to confirm the request comes from the account owner, then begin the deletion process.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team on WhatsApp at +201018619982 to request deletion.

Once your deletion request is completed, we delete the personal data associated with your account:

• Account profile (name, email address, phone number).
• Login credentials and authentication data.
• Personal records tied to your account such as appointments, prescriptions, notes, and any stored attachments.
• Device tokens used for push notifications.

We may retain limited categories of data after deletion only where required by law:

• Billing, accounting, and transaction records required for tax and legal compliance.
• Anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you, used for statistical purposes.
• Medical records that law or the treating clinic is required to retain as part of the medical record, managed under the clinic's obligations.

We handle deletion requests without undue delay. After we verify your identity:

• Data is retained for up to 90 days to allow you to export it or reverse the request.
• After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems, except data retained by law as described above.
